Lumirror™ heat resistant grades are PET films with excellent heat resistance and hydrolysis resistance thanks to their specially designed raw material to reduce oligomerization.

The heat resistant PET is certified as UL746B Class B.
Taking advantage of the electrical insulation offered by PET as well as the long-term heat resistance and low oligomerization mentioned above, they are used for insulation of motors in home appliances such as A/Cs and refrigerators, large scale transformers, and more.Features

High Transparency (optical clear) Grades
Lumirror™ high transparency (optical clear) grades are PET films with high transparency, low haze, and excellent smoothness thanks to their particle-free raw material design.
Lumirror™ high transparency grades feature an adhesive promotion coating that is the result of Toray’s many years of film and polymer research, experience, and technology, giving the film excellent scratch and contamination control.
Thanks to these strengths, it is used in various applications, including for touch panels, window films, automobiles, and more.
We can offer the optimal grade for the application as well as customize the film to meet your needs, including adhesive promotion treated on both sides, adhesive promotion treated on one side, low oligomer grades, etc.Features

LEXAN™ MARGARD™ SHEET
POLYVANTIS’ lightweight coated LEXAN™ MARGARD™ sheet is one of our safe polycarbonate glazing solutions. The coated sheet not only has the usual properties of our materials, but it also has a hard surface coating on one or both sides. LEXAN™ MARGARD sheet offers optical clarity combined with anti-fog behaviour and UV resistance. The sheet is highly resistant to abrasion and chemicals and has excellent weathering properties. The sheet is also flame resistant and heat stable.
The surface of the coated sheet offers extremely high impact resistance, minimising the risk of breakage, even when subjected to violent blows by heavy objects. The unique, hard surface coating of these impact-resistant plastics also provides a high level of protection against unsightly scratching, making it ideal for use in applications where frequent contact is likely.
The plastics will also not shatter or splinter, reducing the risk of injury during a crash. The chemical-resistant plastic also has enhanced resistance to oil, paint, and other fluids, making it a perfect material to use around different chemicals. It maintains this impact resistance over a wide temperature range (-40°C to 120°C) or after prolonged outdoor exposure. The coated sheet offers a unique combination of properties, making it an excellent choice for many industries.
